Jump Network Refunds Policy is effective for every product and service sold and offered by Jump Network.

Jump Network, has two (2) seperate Refund Polocies, the Internet Services Refund Policy and General Refund Policy.  The Internet Services Refrund Policy is ONLY applicable for Internet Services such as Dialup Internet, ADSL Internet and Wireless Internet.  All other Products and Services such as; Web Hositng, Microsoft Exchange Server, Design and Consulting Services, are related to the General Refund Policy.

Jump Network INTERNET SERVICES Refund Polciy.

  1. Jump Network is a Premium Reseller Partner for Spin Internet Services (the "ISP").
  2. All Billing, Account and Plans are created and administrated by the ISP. 
  3. All payments by the customer are immediatly to the ISP, and no payments from the customer are made to Jump Network for Internet Services.
  4. Internet Customers are bound by the ISP's Terms and Conditions and AUP.
  5. Internet Customers who are cancelling their account, or asking for a Refund for services are to contact the ISP via email by clicking here.

Jump Network GENERAL Refund Policy.

  1. As Jump Network employes a number of Sub Contractors to perform services such as Template Design, Logo Design and Digitising, we do not offer Refunds for services supplied, as our contractors are paid in advance for your project.  We pay in advance to keep the cost down, which reduces your cost.
  2. Jump Network will however, work with you until you are satisfied with your project, We are not Happy unless You Arre!!
  3. This Refund Policy does not affect the Web Hosting 30 Day Money Back Guarantee for Web Hositng.  The Guarantee has it's own Policy found here.
  4. All Hosting Fees are paid in advance, and there is no refund for clients cancelling their account during their term.  We do not contract customers to Jump Network Hosting Services, and you are free to leave when ever you want, but no refunds will be supplied.
  5. No refunds are allowed for Domain Names.  If you pay for a Domain Name, and it is sucesfully Registered with the Registrar, there is No refunds, as domains can not be refunded. 
  6. Domains can be cancelled, and made non active, but they can not be refunded.
  7. Free Domain Offer;  If customers signup with a Free Domain Offer, and they cancell their Hosing Account, they are free to transfer the DNS of their Domain to another Web Host, however there will be no refund of any cost to the customer.
  8. Any Customer who believes they have exceptional Circumstances where they believe they should be refunded, are to contact our Accounts Department through the Customer Portal.
  9. If you believe that your Refund Request is not being handled adequatly, ask our staff in the Accounts Ticket for this issue to be escallated to a Manager.  Our Manager will then contact you via phone to discuss your issue.
