- Jump Network, is a Internet Reseller for Spin Internet Services. Jump Network, will upon signup of a Internet Service, pass on your information including Billing Information to Spin Internet Services, who will connect you to the plan nominated.
- Internet Billing, Support, and Service Requests can only be handled by Spin Internet Services.

Internet Service Customers are bound by this General Terms and Conditions as well as; Internet Terms & Conditions and the Internet AUP.
- Jump Network's Payment Policy for Internet Services does not apply, as payments, accounts etc are handled directly with Spin Internet Services.
- Jump Network is partnered with Distribute.IT to provide Domain Registration Services.
- Domains Registered with Jump Network, will remain with Jump Network, and customers, manage, renew, register and delete their domains with Jump Network, and this will be actioned with Distribute.IT (the Registrar) immedietly.
- Jump Network Domain Customers are bound by this General Terms and Conditions as well as the Payment Conditions and Refund Conditions and Domain Terms and Conditions.
- Jump Network Web Hosting is available on our Wold Wide Serviers based in Australia, United States, Singaport, United Kingdom.
- Jump Network offers a 99% Uptime Guarantee. If any time the server is down for more than 1% of the month, we will add one day for every hour of downtime.
- Jump Network Hosting Customers are bound by this General Terms and Conditions as well as; Web Hosting Terms & Conditions, Web Hosting AUP, 7 Day Money Back Guarantee, Payment Conditions and Refund Conditions.
- Software and Hardware pricing is only the cost of the product/s. Shipping is additionaly charged, and can be arranged by Jump Network or can be sent Cash On Dellivery through Australia Post to Australian Residents Only.
- Software and Hardware is supplied by our Technology Partner Harvey Norman Dalby.
- Customers purchasing Software and Hardware, are bound by this General Terms and Conditions as well as the Payment Conditions and Refund Conditions.
- Customers purchasing Design Products and Services are bound by this General Terms and Conditions and the Design Terms and Conditions.

Customer agrees that it shall defend, indemnify, save and hold Jump Network (Christopher Aynsley) harmless from any and all demands, liabilities, losses, costs and claims, including reasonable lawyer's fees asserted against Jump Network, its agents, its customers, officers and employees, that may arise or result from any service provided or performed or agreed to be performed or any product sold by customer, its agents, employees or assigns.
Customer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Jump Network (Christopher Aynsley) against liabilities arising out of;
(1) any injury to person or property caused by any products sold or otherwise distributed in connection with Jump Network;
(2) any material supplied by customer infringing or allegedly infringing on the proprietary rights of a third party;
(3) copyright infringement and
(4) any defective products sold to customers from Jump Network's server. - Jump Network reserves the right to amend its policies at any time. All resellers and webmasters of Jump Network must adhere to the above policies. Failure to follow any term or condition will be grounds for immediate Cancellation. You will be held responsible for the actions of your clients in the matter described on these Terms and conditions. Therefore, it is in your best interest to implement a similar or stricter Terms and conditions or otherwise called Acceptable Terms of use policy.
